Fliptable $5 Dollar Venmo Tipping And $250 Sign-On Bonus Terms & Conditions
Terms and Conditions for Participation by Individual Consumers
Fliptable App is a limited liability company that matches restaurantures to job seekers seeking jobs in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Fliptable is offering as part of their job-seeker promotion a chance for 250 job seekers to receive a $5 dollar tip for downloading the Fliptable App, completing a profile, and keeping their profile open for restaurants to be able to see their job skills and to match with them. All job seekers who download the Fliptable App, create a profile, AND get hired will receive an additional $250 dollars after 30 days of verified employment.
Selection of Product Codes or Brands
Fliptable reserves the right to void the $5 dollar tip and the $250 dollar sign-on bonus if one or both are not {claimed} by the job seeker within 3 business days of (1) completing their profile including profile photo and (2) verification that they have been [hired} and have kept employment for {30 days}. All job-seekers will receive an email to {claim} their $5 dollar tip via venmo via email within 24-hours. They will have 3 business days to {claim} their $5 dollar tip. After 30 days of employment all {hired} job seekers will receive an email to {claim} their $250 sign-on bonus. After three days without a confirmed {claim} the offer/promotion will be voided.
General Terms of Sale
Fliptable reserves the right to withhold tip and sign-on bonus if the job seeker profile is deemed incomplete either by having no profile photo and missing profile information, and for the job seeker not actively seeking employment. Fliptable reserves the right to withhold tip of $5 dollars and $250 sign-on bonus if promotion guidelines set forth by Fliptable are not followed by promotion rules outlined.
Eligibility to Participate
All job seekers, who are at least 18 years of age, download and complete a Fliptable job-seeker profile and who are actively seeking a job are eligible to participate in the $5 dollar venmo tipping promotion and the $250 sign-on bonus after 30 days of employment. Employment (being matched and {hired}) is not required to receive a $5 dollar tip for completing Fliptable profile and for actively looking for a restaurant job.
Entry Period
Venmo $5 dollar tipping will run for up to 250 job seekers and will only run from March 1st 2022 at 6 AM EST through April 1st 2022 at 6 PM EST. All job seekers will be required to {claim} their $250 sign on bonus and accurately set up their venmo account to receive their $5 dollar tip for downloading the Fliptable App, completing their profiles, and actively seeking a restaurant job. {Actively} seeking a restaurant job will be determined by your profile not being {hidden} and your response to restaurants interested in your candidacy. Fliptable reserves the right to cancel, delay, modify, or extend the applicable entry period for any drawing event.
Method of Entry
There is only one method of entry for participating in any $5 dollar venmo tipping. In order to participate in $5 dollar venmo tipping, individuals/job seekers must download the Fliptable App, complete their profile and accurately provide venmo information during the sign up process. By downloading the Fliptable App, completing your profile and actively seeking a restaurant job the entrant is conveying his or her intent to receive their $5 dollar tip and entry into receiving $250 sign-on bonus if selected to be {hired} within the entry time frame from March 1, 2022 to Apri 1, 2022.
Limit on Number of Entries
$5 dollar Venmo tip is limited to one job seeker applicant; there cannot be duplicate accounts or sign-ups. The submission of multiple entries for purposes of participating in the $5 dollar Venmo tipping is strictly prohibited. The use of proxy profiles for purposes of participating is strictly prohibited. Anyone suspected of engaging in this prohibited conduct may be disqualified from participating in current and future Fliptable App promotions and drawings.
There is also a limit of one entry per household or billing address. If more than one entry is submitted for the same job seeker, Fliptable reserves the right to either disqualify all entries or accept only the last entry received from that household or billing address.
Drawing Notification
$5 Venmo tipping will be received once {claimed}. Prior to any drawing, the job seekers who have created a profile and checked the “Notify me of upcoming drawing” box will be notified via e-mail. It is recommended that the job seeker add info@fliptable.io as a safe sender. Fliptable is not responsible for any email notifications being blocked.
Drawings
$5 dollar tipping once {claimed} will be paid out within 24-hours. Only one entry per job seeker will be accepted. There will be no additional tips paid out after April 1, 2022 after 10 PM EST for profiles not completed by that time and date. Fliptable reserves the right to disqualify entries at any time, and Fliptable’s decisions relative to such matters shall be final and non-appealable.
Processing of Payments
Fliptable will process the $5 dollar payment for each job seeker, but is not responsible if venmo account information is declined and therefore the tip does not process.
Disqualification from Participation
Anyone who violates these terms and conditions may be disqualified from participation in current and future Fliptable promotions and drawings. Fliptable also reserves the right to disqualify any individual/s suspected of engaging in any conduct intended to circumvent these terms and conditions or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over other entrants from participating in current or future drawings. Fliptable’s decisions relative to such matters shall be final and non-appealable.
